Rebecca Jericho
I am 37 years old, a mother, a wife, and the Manager of Operations for Greenelight Workforce in Ashtabula. I started my career here in 2016. I have a background in preschool (specific to children with developmental disabilities), mental health/SUD/CD case management. My education is in general psychology and child development. I am passionate about my work and specifically bridging gaps for individuals in our community with ID/DD diagnosis as well as mental health diagnosis. I absolutely love what I do and am always looking to grow along side the individuals that we serve!
Melissa Udell
Melissa Udell has been working as a DSP at A Lasting Impression full time for 8 years. She worked as a DSP & Job Coach for GLWF during the pandemic and looks forward to being an integral part of GLWF-Dorset. She has 28 years of experience raising her son with a developmental disability caused by a brain disorder, an adult son with Autism that has been with her for 11 years and a neurotypical 12 year old son. In 2015-2020 she co-lead a parent respite ministry for 5 years until the pandemic shut it down. Melissa loves to see others win at life and wants them to know that they are valuable and loved. The children she met as she served as a foster Mom will always have a very special place in her heart. The training & experience she brings from that time is invaluable and has helped her in all aspects of the life she lives to serve & care for others.
Julia Haynes
My name is Julia Haynes I am a mother of two. I’m a graduate from Lakeside High school/A-tech, I have been working in the medical field since 2017 and was an STNA for 7 years. I started working for Greenelight Workforce and A-Lasting Impression May of 2024 and LOVE every minute of it. I now have experience in office work and I am now an Office Manager for Greenelight Workforce. I enjoy working with every single individual here and getting to know them personally and learning their strengths and weaknesses and helping them with their weaknesses for a better life, communication and community skills.

My name is Skyler Braessler, I am a 2021 graduate of Pymatuning Valley High School. I joined Greenelight Workforce in December of 2024. At 21 years old, I am passionate about working with individuals with special needs and thrive on the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their lives. I find joy in teaching practical skills that enhance their everyday situations. I am excited to continue this important work and contributing in a positive way for my community.
